LEGO Inspired Art Show – Exhibit Open 2/16/24 – 3/10/24
February 16 @ 11:00 am - March 10 @ 7:30 pm
Par.a.dox, the latest addition to Loveland’s vibrant art scene—a combination art gallery/art bar/art venue—is thrilled to announce its inaugural art show in honor of Loveland’s rich history with LEGO. This will be a juried show by none other than Denver’s own Andrew Novick.
In 1965, the city witnessed the construction of one of the first LEGO manufacturing factories in the United States. The 50,000 sq. ft. building was uniquely designed to resemble LEGO bricks along its exterior. In order to celebrate all things LEGO and a cool little nugget of Loveland history, we’ve curated a LEGO-themed art show!
Paradox Gallery invites artists to submit LEGO-themed artworks that explore, celebrate, and interpret the PAR.A.DOX of life—its highs and lows, struggles and triumphs, and the complexities of human nature, both the good and the evil. Have fun and embrace the bizarre, as we eagerly encourage a myriad of interpretations on this intriguing theme!
Selected artworks will be featured in an exhibition at Par.a.dox Gallery, and awards will be presented for Best in Show & Runner Up (JUROR: Andrew Novick), as well as Fan Favorite (determined by viewer vote).
